2) Go on a hike, this gives you a lot of fresh air and you get to see beautiful scenery.
3) Find a new route, and take a jog.
4) Surf
5) Find a trail, and run.
7) Run the stairs at a school stadium.
8) Go for a bike ride.
9) Go swimming. Go to a local swimming pool, and swim laps. It is a full body workout.
10) Run laps around a track.
11) Dance- gasp, shocker
12) Beach volleyball- never played it, but it is going to be something I am going to try this Spring/Summer. It always looked so fun.
13) Challenge yourself- Always push your limits. Make goals. Like maybe one week you could have done 50 jumping jacks in one minute, the next week try do 70. Always Try harder. If you do the same thing every week or day, then you won't become stronger.
14) Circuit training- Have stations set up, like a area to do jumping jacks, and area to do crunches, squats, push ups etc. Try to keep it simple, and do like five minutes at each station. This a good one to do with family and friends. Everyone is working out together, yet staying out of each others way.
15) Have a play day- silly ,yes, effective ,yes. Play little kid games like hopscotch jump rope, tag, hula hooping, and hide and seek. There are so many things you can do. This a good thing to do when you are babysitting or playing with little siblings.
